Caleb DeLonCaleb DeLon spent five years in competitive speech and debate during high school and enjoyed every moment of it.

Caleb enjoyed remarkable success in competitive Apologetics. He qualified to outrounds at every single one of the twelve tournaments he attended in Apologetics, advancing to Finals in 10 of them. In 2011, he took 12th place Apologetics at the Stoa National Invitational Tournament of Champions. In 2012, he placed 5th at the NCFCA National Championship.

Aside from Apologetics success, he regularly advanced to outrounds in multiple speeches and qualified to the National Championship in four speeches two years in a row.

Caleb is no slacker in the realm of debate, either. The last two years, he placed 3rd and 2nd respectively at the 2012 and 2013 NCFCA Region VII Regional Invitationals in Lincoln-Douglas debate. He is also a two-time NCFCA Region VII Lincoln-Douglas Debate Regional Speaking Champion. At the 2012 NCFCA National Championship, he placed 12th in Lincoln-Douglas as well as 21st speaker

Caleb has a desire to equip the next generation of rising speech and debate competitors and enable them to use their God-given abilities to glorify Him. He is head Lincoln-Douglas debate coach for his club, Proclaim, and an assistant coach for speech.

When he’s not doing something related to speech and debate, Caleb can be found running his businesses, playing with his siblings, reading a good book, or humiliating others in a friendly game of Ping-Pong.
